Below is the step by step to show you how to create new category and add ecards, holiday events, java applets, skins, stamps, poems, music
  1. Setting up your site: Find ADMINISTRATION in your left hand side. Click System Configuration to set up system email, site title, date format, server time zone ...etc
  2. Set up Feedback Department: Click Feedback Department to Add New Topic and Email. When users have a question, they will use Feedback Link at homepage to send you a message. If you have 2 departments Billing and Support then add 2 topics Billing (enter email billing@yoursite.com) and Support (enter email support@yoursite.com)
  3. Create new category: Find menu CATEGORY in your left hand side. Click Add new category (This will allow you create main category and subcategory. Unlike version 2005, you must use Admin to create category - Do not use FTP program)
  4. Add images to category: Find menu IMAGE (CARDS). Click Add new eCard - Follow the instruction to upload new ecards by using FTP or Web browser. Use Show/Hide eCard to add/edit ecard title, keyword or set Skin Background, Stamp, Java Applet, Music default for each ecard.
  5. Add Holiday: Find menu HOLIDAY/EVENTS. Click Add new Event - Note: If you want to add event Valentine then you must create category Valentine first.
  6. Add Java Applet: Find menu JAVA APPLET. Click Add new Applet - eCardMAX will auto insert Java Applet default to database (eCardMAX comes with 53 Java applets). Use Show/Hide Applet to rename Applet title or turn ON/OFF an applet. Follow the instruction to add your own applet
  7. Add Skin: Find menu SKIN. Click Add new Skin - eCardMAX will auto insert Skin default to database (eCardMAX comes with 14 Skins). Use Show/Hide Skin to rename Skin title, change text color or turn ON/OFF a skin. Follow the instruction to add your own skin
  8. Add Stamp: Find menu STAMP. Click Add new Stamp - eCardMAX will auto insert Stamp default to database (eCardMAX comes with 20 Stamps). Use Show/Hide Stamp to rename Stamp title or turn ON/OFF a stamp. Follow the instruction to add your own stamp
  9. Add Poem: Find menu POEM. Click Add new Poem
  10. Add Music: Find menu MUSIC. Click Add new Music - eCardMAX will auto insert Music default to database (eCardMAX comes with 5 music files) - Use Show/Hide Music to rename music title or turn ON/OFF a music. Follow the instruction to add your own music
  11. MEMBER ALBUM allows you to view / delete member images, poem, music
  12. BANNER ADS allows you to create new banner ads
  13. EMAIL TOOL allows you to send mass email.
  14. ADMINISTRATION / Show Members allows you to view all member accounts
  15. ADMINISTRATION / Show Cards log allows you to view all cards were created by users
  16. ADMINISTRATION / Export Database allows you to export eCardMAX table in MySQL to text files
  17. ADMINISTRATION / Import Database allows you to import eCardMAX text files to table in MySQL
