Plane, pilot, and photographer.
Minimum 1 hour flight time. Billing is in 1/4 hour increments.
Most aerial photo jobs take at least 1 and 1/2 hours from start to finish.

-- 3 8 x 10's of primary subject

Aerial photography is challenging and definitely not for everyone.
Aside from trying to frame the photo in a cramped, vibrating space,
there is the difficulty of precisely locating the property you want to photograph.
Ask the customer a lot of questions about local landmarks.
It's helpful to use a fast autofocus lens.
