Aside from trying to frame the photo in a cramped, vibrating space,
there is the difficulty of precisely locating the property you want to photograph.

Anyone can go up in a plane and take pictures,
but it takes a professional to get top notch angles and composition,
in addition to preparing the image for all kinds of publication use, including the internet.

$ 475 per flight hour
Includes:
Plane, pilot, and photographer.
Minimum 1 hour flight time. Billing is in 1/4 hour increments.
Most aerial photo jobs take about 1 and 1/2 hours from start to finish.

Also Includes:

-- 2 8 x 10's of primary subject
